Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Pario is a pre-procurement alignment tool for enterprise software buyers, operated by Acuity Sourcing LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. When this policy says "Pario," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Acuity Sourcing LLC and the Pario product.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

• Account registration: email address and password when you create an account in the Pario app.
• Access request form: name, company, work email, and role when you submit a request through planwithpario.com.
• Project content: the text you enter into Pario — project descriptions, scope inputs, requirements, and related information — when you use the app.
• Profile information: name, title, and department if you update your user profile in the app.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

• Usage data: feature usage patterns, session duration, workflow completion rates, and API call logs. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited on planwithpario.com, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel).

2.3 Information we do not collect

We do not collect payment information (Pario is free during beta), precise geolocation, biometric data, or any data from third-party social platforms.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Pario service.
• To respond to access requests and communicate with you about the beta program.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
• To analyze anonymized usage patterns to improve the product.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We will not use your project content — scope descriptions, requirements, or conversation data — to train AI models. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. AI processing

Pario uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate scope documents, requirements, vendor analysis, and business case narratives. When you use these features, your inputs are sent to Anthropic's API for processing.

Anthropic's API terms of service explicitly prohibit using API inputs to train foundation models. Your project content is processed to generate your output and is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes. For more information, see Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

5. Subprocessors

We use the following third-party services to operate Pario. Each handles your data only as necessary to provide their service:

6. Data retention

• Account data: retained for the duration of your account. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Project content: retained until you delete individual projects or your account.
• Usage logs: retained for 90 days, then deleted or anonymized.
• Access request form submissions: retained by Formspree per their privacy policy. We retain your contact information only until we respond to your request or for a maximum of 12 months.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability: request your project data in a portable format.
• Objection: object to certain uses of your information.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information:

• All data in transit is encrypted via TLS.
• All data at rest in Supabase is encrypted using AES-256.
• Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication.
• Row-level security policies enforce tenant data isolation — no user can access another organization's data.

Pario is in beta. While we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee that the service is free from all vulnerabilities. If you discover a security issue, please report it to hello@planwithpario.com.

9. International transfers

Pario is operated from the United States. If you access Pario from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using Pario, you consent to this transfer. We take steps to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.

10. Children

Pario is designed for enterprise business use and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

11. Cookies and tracking

The Pario app uses session cookies required for authentication (provided by Supabase). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics on planwithpario.com.

12. Beta period notice

Pario is currently in beta. During this period, features, data practices, and subprocessors may change. We will update this Privacy Policy to reflect any material changes and will notify registered users by email where required by law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Continued use of Pario following notice of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
